What type of flowers are you using for your special day? Mr. T and I have decided to go primarily with hydrangeas and roses, all in various shades of ivory/cream.
We will have 30 centerpiece arrangements, one sign-in table arrangement, and an aisle lined with rose petals. I can wait to show you how it all turns out!
Those are lovely! I'm not 100% sure if we'll use flowers (as we're having a restaurant reception) but if we do I'm trying to decide if sunflowers would be tacky for a September wedding. I guess it would depend on the venue? Who knows! :)
@Rachel: I think sunflowers are great for a September wedding. They are a summer/early fall flower :-) You could do a simple centerpiece with just one flower, or group three together in a low arrangement. PS- Our wedding is a restaurant reception too; we're on the back patio :-)
Hello from WeddingBee!
ReplyDeleteOur flowers are going to be basic - I'm buying bouquets from the farmers market ($3.99 yo!) and wrapping them in ribbon. Score!
Hi Cheryl!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your engagement!
By the way - LOVE your "Life List"
Keep us posted on how everything goes!
I love hydrangeas! they are going to be gorgeous!
